Key Accountabilities:
- Supporting the CMU team with administrative and reporting requests and queries
- Ensuring that KPIs are managed and maintained on accounts
- Liaising with head office and customers with respect to any issues encountered on a day-to-day basis and responding in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with customer service and the various head office operations teams on service levels
- Liaise with telesales, merchandising, purchasing and operations regarding new listing, nominated lines and promotional and seasonal cycles
- Maintaining and building relationships with site managers and chefs of specific commercial accounts
- Administration of commercial account projects to ensure timely and effective completion
- Generating reports daily using a range of software applications
- Be responsible and flexible to ensure customers’ needs are met
Requirements:
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Excel is essential
- Previous Office / Administration experience
- Strong numerical & analytical skills essential
- Proven customer relationship skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proven reporting skills and ability to analyse reports
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
